In this beautiful city is Mrs. Meenakshi Singh, a house wife and an Indian cuisine expert and she serves food to her guests with all her love and hospitality. Mrs. Meenakshi Singh belong from Royal Family of Kullu, H.P. and she got married in Nobel family of Mewar. They belong to the Royal family of Udaipur/Mewar. Having a great sense of culinary knowledge and her bag full of royal recipes of the old delicacies, she serves traditional Rajasthani & Indian food to the guest.

1. Food Demonstration:- She has her own choice for utensils to be used for different preparation , She uses heavy bottomed brass pans for most of her cooking. For example she prefers “DEKCHI” for Non veg., “TAPELI” for rice & “KADHAI” for frying.
The quality of good cook is judged from her kitchen. Her kitchen is very spick & span. Here all the cooking is done by her and the guest are made to feel very much at home. Her demonstration is excellent and she elaborates every step and makes it very easy for the guest to understand and learn the recipes. All the ingredients used in her cooking are fresh from their farm and absolutely pure.
She takes the guests to the vegetable market and they select the vegetables of their own choice and then she demonstrates the same to them in the kitchen.
2. Meal At Home – One can only enjoy “MEAL AT HOME” if it is cooked and served with love. She gives the guest a warm welcome and prepares the dishes with excellence. All this effort makes a wonderful evening.
3. Spend an evening at home – Being part of the two great Royal Families of India, she brings along immense knowledge of cultures and customs which she happily shares.
