Food Tour in Delhi’s cooking classes teach the secrets of Indian cooking in a fun and informative way. These classes are led by local chefs and teach a few basic as well as a few advanced Indian cooking techniques. In these cooking classes, you’ll learn the very basics as well as some of more advanced cooking secrets and techniques which make Indian cuisine so rich and delicious.
Itinerary
Transfer to the location of the cooking demo class, the food will be prepared by professional in front of the clients, who will assist them. The menu as follows: Anchovy fried: a mildly Spliced anchovy as appetizer. Calamari peera: a local delicacy with calamari & grated coconut. Kerala Meen Roast: marinated King fish Or Pearl spot cooked with fresh ginger,green chilly & tomato. Prawn Molly : a traditional Kerala curry with fresh prawn moderately spiced cooked with coconut milk. Masala grilled prawns: A typical prawns cooked with choice of your spices and tawa grilled. All the above dishes are demonstrated in front of the guests and make them to cook themselves. Once the dishes are prepared they are served to them as lunch along with the following: Beans & Carrot thoran: a dry vegetable dish with grated coconut. Potato and aubergine masala Parippukachiyathu : an Indian lentil curry Plain Rice Chapati Appam Papad& pickle. Dessert: Paladapayasam: kerala sweet dish with rice flakes and sweetened milk.
